Every user/visitor, uses the current website on his own, exclusive, responsibility and its content can not be considered in any way as providing advice or encouragement, direct or indirect, to users / visitors to take any action.
Use of the current website must me solely for legitimate purposes and the user / visitor is obliged to use it in accordance with the law and to refrain from actions or omissions that may cause damage or malfunction of the site or affect or endanger the provided services.
Before using the current website and its services, all users / visitors are requested to read carefully and comply with the following terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) governing the use of our e-shop and the websites it contains, which are binding for all visitors and users. When a user / visitor of the current website chooses to register as a member of the site automatically accepts the current Terms. Using of our e-shop and the services provided implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms by users / visitors. A user / visitor who disagrees with these Terms is asked not to use the current website.
The website cigarsgalaxy.gr and services offered are addressed exclusively to adults over 18 years of age with full legal capacity.
Minors are prohibited from using or visiting the current website and conclude transactions. We accept no liability for any visit or use of this website by minors since we cannot control the identity of incoming users / visitors.
By completing an order you agree that you know and accept the Terms of Use and that all transactions will be subject to the Terms of Use. Please read carefully the Terms of Use and make use of our services only if you agree.
If any one of the Terms of Use is or becomes invalid the remaining Terms of Use governing the operation of cigarsgalaxy.gr will not be affected.

We make every possible effort to provide high quality services and to ensure the accuracy, completeness, validity and clarity of the information and the overall content of the current website, however we are not responsible for inaccurate product descriptions. The current web site provides the content (e.g. information, names, photos, illustrations etc.), products and services “as is” without any warranty expressed or implied in any way.
Please contact us by phone or e-mail in case you find that a product is offered in an unusual high or low price compared to the market value before proceeding to order.
Cigarsgalaxy.gr is not responsible for side effects or damages caused by use of ordered products due to improper product selection by the user, careless or improper use of the products or manufacturers fault such as fault during manufacture, insufficient information or instructions accompanying the products, quality of manufacture, material safety and actual defects. In case of a defected product, our liability is limited to the obligation of replacement if the product return conditions are met.
All users / visitors are advised to use protection software against viruses or other harmful programs and elements.
Cigarsgalaxy.gr is not responsible for any permanent or temporary incapacity and delays in acceptance and execution of orders and delivery of ordered products due to force majeure, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, emergencies, strike, fire, malfunction of cooperating courier companies, accidental damage or destruction of products before delivery to the user and after shipment, illegal operations of the counterparty or a third party, malfunction of Internet Payment Processing Provider (eg. Bank) or Hosting Service Provider (Host Provider) or Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Access Service Provider (Access Provider) or user’s terminal equipment, incorrect data provided by the user and any other event preventing the proper performance of its contractual obligations.

Applicable law
Any dispute arising from the use of the current website or related to these Terms, and if consensual arrangement is not possible, is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
Greek Law is applicable for any dispute regarding the interpretation and application of these terms and conditions and any other issue related to the use of cigarsgalaxy.gr.
You can order products via the online order form at cigarsgalaxy.gr or even by e-mail at [email protected] and by phone on +30 2104960987. All orders are subject to acceptance of the online shop. You will be notified by e-mail or by phone about the order acceptance.
In case of incorrect entry of information during your registration or placement of order, you agree that you may be required to compensate us for any additional costs arising from your incorrect entries.
The various product offers are valid whilst stocks last. If a product is not available we will contact you immediately to cancel your order and return the purchase price.
Payment-Transaction Security
We accept payments by credit or debit card Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery (COD). Upon request you have the ability to pay and receive the ordered goods from our headquarters.
Transactions over 499,00 € are not allowed in cash and in this case you cannot select to pay “cash on delivery” (COD). Cash on delivery is also not possible in case you request to receive your order from our headquarters. Data imported during making an online payment are not audited, processed or stored by cigarsgalaxy.gr.
If selected payment method is by electronic bank transfer through one of cigarsgalaxy.gr partner Banks, the order is shipped when the bank transfer appears to our corresponding bank account. The integration time and appearance of bank transfers may vary (the usual time frame is 2 to 3 working days). If there is no deposit within 3 working days from the order then the order is automatically canceled. Any charges during bank transfers are related to bank institutions and not to cigarsgalaxy.gr.
Shipping
We cooperate with ACS Courier, Easymail & Elta Courier for deliveries of our products throughout Greece.
We take all necessary measures to deliver the order on time as part of the master delivery schedule of the carriers. We can not guarantee neither the arrival time nor the exact delivery time of the order as they both depend on the courier company.
If you live in an inaccessible area you might have additional charges in accordance with the policy of each Courier.
Retention of Property
The delivered goods remain the seller’s property until the final, full and complete payment of the price.
If, upon receipt of your order you notice any defective or damaged goods please contact us immediately.
Cancellation – Withdraw – Refunds
You are entitled to cancel your order for few hours via e-mail or by phone on +30 2109620009 as long as it is not already prepared and packaged for delivery.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased products without the obligation to inform us on the reasons you wish to return the goods within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received the products.
Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are unused, in perfect condition as when received without opened or damaged packaging. Returned products must be accompanied by the original purchase document (sales receipt or invoice) and all their accompanying documents and a completed “Form of Withdrawal” provided in this online store. If payment was made by credit card the product should also be accompanied by the original receipt issued by the bank.
In the above case you are charged only with the costs of such return.
Products returned are on customer’s own risk.
In case of returned products, refund will be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days. The refund will be made the same way the customer used to pay the order unless otherwise agreed with the customer, without undue or unreasonable delay.
In case the returned products are damaged or incomplete, cigarsgalaxy.gr has the right to unilaterally set-off claim against the customer for damages due to value loss of products.
The criteria for the definition of products excluded from exercising the right of withdrawal are determined by Law such as the fragile nature of products or the ease of alteration or the short expiration date, on the basis of statements and relevant maintenance and storage instructions as they appear on product labels and where the products supplied are not suitable for return once unsealed for health protection and hygienic reasons.
Guarantee
The product guarantee is provided by the manufacturer and not by the online store. The store is acting as an intermediate between the Customer and the Supplier for the repair or replacement of defective products. The supplier on its own choice undertakes to repair or replace the product or device.
