Shipping Order

Free shipping throughout Greece for cigars orders, accessories and gifts above 90 €. We exclude pipe tobacco’s, bulky objects and remote areas.

Minimum order 15€.  For orders less than 90€ the charges are formed as such:

Delivery to Athens & Attica 2,50€ for weight dispatches up to 2 kilos. For every extra kilos, cost  0,60€ per kilo.

For delivery to mainland Greece 2,90€  For delivery to Islands Greece 3€

For pay on delivery, the cost is 2€. Ordes pay on delivery are activated above 20€ up to the amount of 499€.

Packaging is provided by us and is included at shipping prices.. Exceptions are orders below 25€ where the package is charged with 1,50€.

For heavy objects charges maybe modified.

Ιf you live in a remoted area you might have additional charges in accordance with the policy of each courier company.

We cooperate with ACS Courier, Easymail & ELTA COURIER for the delivery of our products throughout Greece..

We can send accessories and gifts abroad, but not tobacco products.

We take all necessary measures to deliver the order on time as part of the master delivery schedule of the carriers. We can not guarantee neither the arrival time nor the exact delivery time of the order as they both depend on the courier company.

Preservation of Property

The products delivered remain property of the seller until the final, full and complete payment of the price to him.

If you receive a defective or damaged item upon receipt of your goods, please contact us immediately.

Cancellation – Withdraw – Refunds

You are entitled to cancel your order via e-mail or by phone on +30 2109620009 as long as it not already prepared and packaged for delivery.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased products without the obligation to inform us about the reasons you wish to return the goods within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received the products.

In the above case you are charged only with the shipping costs of the return.

Products returned are on customer’s own risk.

In case of returned products, refund will be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days. The refund will be made with the same way the customer used to pay the order unless otherwise agreed with the customer, without undue or unreasonable delay.

In case the returned products are damaged or incomplete, cigarsgalaxy.gr has the right to unilaterally set-off claim against the customer for damages due to value loss of products.

The criteria for the definition of products excluded from exercising the right of withdrawal are determined by Law such as the fragile nature of products or the ease of alteration or the short expiration date, on the basis of statements and relevant maintenance and storage instructions as they appear on product labels and where the products supplied are not suitable for return once unsealed for health protection and hygienic reasons.

You have not thr right to withdrawal productssuch as cigars, tobacco and pipes which have come out of their packaging and and lose the right of withdrawal.

Payment Methods – Secure Transactions

You can pay in these ways:

• With Credit or Debit card VISA, MasterCard & Maestro.
• Via PayPal (at the order choose deposit in bank account and contact with us).
• Deposit in bank accounts. Bank EUROBANK, ALPHA, NBG, PIRAEUS.
• Pay on Delivery for Attica destinations.
• Pay cash. You can pay and pick your order from our store. Non prepaid pick-up orders are valid for 5 days.

Pay on Delivery orders are activated for purchases above 20€ up to the amount of 499€. Orders which do not have complete and correct data such as address, land and mobile phone, right email etc, will be shipped only if are prepaid. For orders above 150€, may be requested advance 30% of the value. For big weight orders, maybe requested the change of payment method for part in deposit in bank accounts or the whole value. For shipment to remoted areas as well as for new customers may be requested change of payment method.

Also customers that their previous orders have been canceled for missing data or never response in confirmation calls, cannot use pay on delivery. Playing cards not shipped only if they are paid with deposit or credit / debit card.

Transactions over € 499 may not be carried out in cash, hence the option of a cash deposit can not be selected in this case. Cash is also not possible if products are received from our offices for orders over 499 €.

The data the customer enters when making an electronic payment is not controlled, edited or stored by us. Clearing for credit & debit card payments for purchases from cigarsgalaxy.gr is VIVA bank, in the safe environment of which the customer is transferred to enter his card details and make the payment.

If an electronic bank payment is selected via one of the Banks affiliated with cigarsgalaxy.gr, the order is sent with the appearance of the bank transfer that the client has made to our respective bank account. Bank transfer completion and display time may vary (typically 2-3 business days). If the deposit is not made within 3 business days, the order is automatically canceled. ATTENTION: In the bank deposit you will have to make the payment from the same bank as our account to avoid billing. If you make the payment from another bank you will have to charge all the commissions it charges.

You have no extra charge from us any way of payment and if you choose. Any charges when making bank transfers involve banks and not cigarsgalaxy.gr
