Description
Chef knife by Laguiole with length of 35cm. It has an excellent quality stainless steel blade with a length of 22cm and a handle made of Olive Tree wood with a length of 13cm. Since ancient times the Olive Tree has been an important symbol for the cultures and people around the Mediterranean. Besides these the Olive Tree, that can grow as old as 2000 years, is also praised for more practical use. Next to its wood there is the bark (that regrows after harvesting) for corks. The harvest of its olives brings oil for cooking, light and soap and last but not least the olives themselves.
