Named after the brother of Sherlock Holmes, who used his own incredible intellect and perfect memory to serve the Crown, the Mycroft is a generously sized bent Dublin of artful, yet muscular style. It’s featured here in in a smooth walnut finish, with a sterling silver band and a P-lip bit.

In London in 1865, two German brothers, George and Frederick Kapp, established a pipe-making business. George Kapp & Co. In 1874, Frederick decoded to strike out on his own and moved to Dublin to continue his pipe making endeavours. A year later,a young Latvian, Charles Peterson, joined the business. Charles brought with him two great assets: a creative instict for designing pipes plus outstanding craftmanship. It was a powerful combination. In time, Kapp & Peterson became simply Peterson. And the rest is a continuing story of heritage and history, innovation and individuality.
