An old cut, Danish Stanwell tobacco pipe in Rhodesian shape, Flame Grain 173 is a premium tobacco pipe. It is made of briar in a lovely deep brown color, with a pretty spacious bowl in the shape of a diamond. Slightly curved with an excellent quality acrylic mouthpiece and a beautiful silver ring that joins it with its triangular stem. A real jewel for your collection.

Stanwell is a leading Danish pipe manufacturer. It belongs to the Scandivaian Tobacco Group. In 1942 Poul Nielsen Stanwell began production of pipe for the company. At the end of the 1940s he was already famous. The brand uses S for a trademark with a royal crown.

He cooperated with famous designers such as Sixten Ivarsson, who worked for Stanwell for 35 years.
