Texan 1889 American Deck Playing Cards

7.00

The Texan playing cards were first printed in 1889 by the company Russel, Morgan & Co in Cincinnati, USA. They introduced all the English standards into the design of the cards for the first time, as well as some features that are considered common today, such as rounded edges and diagonally opposite indices in the corners of the cards.

The company ceased operations 80 years ago, but recently the USPCC revived this “legendary” deck by printing it on high-quality paper and giving it an antique finish. They manufactured it in the USA using premium quality plastic-coated paper.
