Toscanello Castano Raffinato are small cigars with a sweet hazelnut aroma and aftertaste, naturally flavored without the use of chemicals.

The finest tobacco leaves are used, and the production process is identical to that of Toscanello Rosso Oro, resulting in a premium line. These cigars contain Kentucky tobacco leaves.

Toscanello cigars were originally created as a more affordable option for Italians who loved Toscano cigars.

In 1818, the Duke of Tuscany, Ferdinand III, established a tobacco factory that produced Toscano cigars. The Toscano cigar has a distinctive elliptical shape with rounded ends that are narrower than the central part. Typically, Toscano cigars have an uneven, sometimes rough surface, with their characteristic two ends. These irregularities in structure are more pronounced in hand-rolled cigars and are not considered defects but rather unique features of Toscano cigars.

Today, Toscano-branded cigars are manufactured by Manifatture Sigaro Toscano SpA, based in Lucca and Cava De’ Tirreni.
