Vauen’s B52 is designed by the well-known Italian artisan Cesare Barontini. It is made with exceptional craftsmanship and premium quality briar in order to offer the greatest possible smoking experience. It has an elegant bent Apple bowl, in smooth brown finish.

It has a black polished acrylic mouthpiece and a large double silver ring, made of 925 silver!

Vauen was founded as Vereinigte Pfeifenfabriken in Nuremberg in 1901 and is Germany’s largest tobacco pipes manufacturer.

In search of a term that will be easy for all tobacco pipe friends, Ernst Eckert, son of Adolf Eckert invented a new name for the business in 1909: VAUEN.

VAUEN was one of the first manufacturers to introduce a simple paper filter in 1921. Further research and development led Dr. Perl Junior on the 9 mm diameter active carbon filter first introduced in 1934 as a global innovation. A great success!

After 1945, the company managed to overcome the devastating consequences of the war with an unwavering pioneering spirit. VAUEN grew up to become a world-famous company.
