Tradicionales is a very well made cigar that burns satisfactorily. Its taste is similar to Exlusivos and Generosos but it is a bit stronger and if you let it mature it can become as smooth as Exclusivos. It has a sweet wood taste with tones of herbs and honey combined with the soft taste of well-baked tobacco. Its aftertaste is sweet with tones of wood.

All Cuaba cigars are made in a distinctive shape known as the “Double Figurado”. This was also the style in which all Habanos were made until the end of the 19th century. A century later, in 1996, this old tradition was revived with the manufacture of Cuaba in the Romeo y Julieta factory. “Double Figurados” is considered a premier technique for cigar artists and should therefore be a part of every cigar lover’s collection. The word Cuaba, like the word Cohiba, has Indian roots and dates back to the time of Columbus. This was the name given to a bush that was extremely flammable and was used by the Natives to light their “cohibas”.
