Description
The H. Upmann Magnum Finite – Edición Limitada 2024 is the highly anticipated limited edition of the Magnum line, presenting a modern interpretation of the brand’s classic elegance. It is produced in the renowned Vuelta Abajo region of Pinar del Río, celebrated worldwide for some of Cuba’s finest tobacco.
This release introduces a new vitola to the H. Upmann portfolio, bearing the factory name Singulares. Measuring 130 mm in length with a 53 ring gauge, it features a robusto-inspired format that delivers a full yet refined smoking experience. The blend is composed entirely of long filler tobaccos, aged for a minimum of two years, ensuring balance, clarity, and a smooth evolution of flavors.
True to the H. Upmann style, the profile ranges from light to medium in strength. Initial notes of wood and gentle nuts give way to creamy textures, soft spices, and subtle earthy tones. In the final third, warmer hints of cocoa and roasted coffee emerge, while the cigar remains elegant and well-structured throughout.
The slightly darker, carefully fermented wrapper, combined with the dual banding – the classic Magnum band alongside the black-and-gold Edición Limitada 2024 emblem – highlights the collectible nature of this release. Construction is excellent, offering an even burn and a consistent draw.
Presentation also plays a key role, as the Magnum Finite is offered in natural wooden boxes of 25 cigars, featuring a distinctive red decorative stripe across the center and a grey base. The overall design reinforces the sense of exclusivity and rarity.
A limited Habano crafted for aficionados and collectors seeking depth, finesse, and authentic Cuban craftsmanship.
Suggested pairing: aged rum, an elegant single malt whisky, or a balanced cognac.
Intensity of Taste: Light to Medium
Packaging: 25 Cigars
Length: 130mm

Herman Upmann was a banker from Germany who so loved Cuban cigars that he moved to Havana in 1844 and set up as both banker and cigar maker. His bank closed in the early 1920s but his cigars live on as a fine example of an elegant light to medium-flavoured Habano. All the leaf in H. Upmann is from the Vuelta Abajo tobacco region. Gold medals in no less than eleven international exhibitions during the 19th Century adorn the box — as does Herman Upmann’s personal signature. The brand today comprises a wide range of “totalmente a mano, tripa larga” – totally hand made, long filler.
