Montecristo No5 is the smallest cigar of the company. With very good construction, full of floral notes with a hint of vanilla while the underlying bitterness adds depth to smoking. Similar to Montecristo No4 but it burns faster leaving the sense of a stronger cigar.

Montecristo is the best known and probably the most appreciated brand of Habanos throughout the world. It forms the benchmark for many Habanos smokers against which other brands are judged.
The name comes from the hero of Alexandre Dumas’ famous novel “The Count of Montecristo”, which was a firm favourite among the Torcedores ( Cigar Makers) at the factory in Havana where it was founded in 1935.
Montecristo’s perfectly balanced blend is created exclusively with selected leaves from the Vuelta Abajo region, home of the finest tobaccos in the world. Its distinctive medium to full flavour and distinguished aroma appeal equally to both new and experienced smokers.

Ελαφρύ και ήπιο πούρο με πικάντικη γεύση. Ένα από τα ωραιότερα μικρά στην κατηγορία του. Το προτείνω!
KoVas –
Εξαιρετική κατασκευή, άριστο κάψιμο και τράβηγμα, σε όλη την διάρκεια. Διάρκεια περίπου 45 λεπτά. Κοντά μία ώρα, χαλαρό και ευχάριστο κάπνισμα με ένα πλούσιο μπουκέτο γεύσεων και αρωμάτων. Μαζί με το Partagas Short, είναι τα πούρα που θέλω πάντα να έχω στον υγραντήρα. Αν και το Monte, είναι πιο ελαφρύ, αποτελεί μια άριστη επιλογή. Θεωρώ ότι και τα δύο αυτά μικρά (Μonte No 5 & Partagas Short) το ένα συμπληρώνει το άλλο, με τρόπο ώστε πάντα να έχω μια εξαιρετική επιλογή για να συνοδεύσω από καφέ έως και ένα Single Malt. Σχετικά ακριβό, αλλά παρ΄όλα αυτά αξίζει. Γενική βαθμολογία 8/10.
