Finally, H.Upmann’s aficionados will be able to enjoy a Robusto size among the brand.

Apart from the Limited Edition 2012 and the travel humidor Seleccion Robustos in 2007,

the brand had not had the famous vitola in its offerings. This Robusto is the fifth release under the Anejados

portfolio launched in 2015. The tobacco is aged between 5 to 8 years, according to Habanos.

H. Upmann Robustos Anejados does not exist in the standard portfolio of the brand.

Only used as 2012 Edicion Limitada and when it was launched in a Travel humidor

exclusively designed for Duty Free and Travel Retail Channels, with a great acceptance.

The Robustos size is highly appreciated by Habanos smokers. On this occasion, it is an offer for those who like

thick ring gauges and light to medium flavour Habanos and have the opportunity to taste this aged Habano which

will be at the market with a limited availability.

Habanos Anejados are commercialized in their original boxes, which remained unlabeled during the entire ageing

process and that have been dressed with the corresponding labelling of each brand to be introduced to the market.

Herman Upmann was a banker from Germany who so loved Cuban cigars that he moved to Havana in 1844 and set up as both banker and cigar maker. His bank closed in the early 1920s but his cigars live on as a fine example of   an elegant light to medium-flavoured Habano.

All the leaf in H. Upmann is from the Vuelta Abajo tobacco region.

Gold medals in no less than eleven international exhibitions during the 19th Century adorn the box — as does Herman Upmann’s personal signature.

The brand today comprises a wide range of “totalmente a mano, tripa larga” – totally hand made, long filler.
